Delta Gamma

Eta Zeta Chapter at University of Chicago

Chapter History

The Eta Zeta Chapter of Delta Gamma began in 1999 with a small group of students looking for a place to drop anchor on the University of Chicago campus. The chapter was created during formal recruitment in 2000. On February 11, 2001, the charter was established and installed with 25 members. The efforts put forth by these women were tremendous and created a strong foundation for Delta Gamma to take it's place within the Greek community.

Since then, our chapter has grown each year. Delta Gammas at UChicago have continued to strive for excellence in all that we do.  A group of over 100 amazing women, DGs are involved in activities all around campus. From acappella to activism, MODA to Moneythink, and softball to SASA, Delta Gammas pursue their interests and remain united under their common goal to do good.
